I started LV Tech Connect because technology should make life easier, not make people feel left behind.
I’m Matthew Mattioli, a technology educator, accessibility-focused digital professional, and the person you will work with directly.
A more human approach
Too often, technology help feels rushed, transactional, or full of jargon. I created LV Tech Connect to offer something different: patient guidance, clear explanations, and support built around the person rather than the device.
I do not expect anyone to know the right terminology before asking for help. Questions are welcome, and learning happens at your pace.
